Please note: returns, refunds, and replacements are dependent on the situation. The sooner you contact me the better, and please don't hesitate to get in touch if you have any more questions. You can contact me either through the "contact" form, email, or instagram messages.

To ensure your jewellery lasts as long as possible:

Covid-19

All products are made with clean, washed hands, however if you would like me to take extra precautions (such as wearing a mask) please contact me to let me know. Please also be patient, as during these times your order may be subject to delays (due to Covid-19).


Custom Fees & Taxes

International orders may be subject to custom fees and taxes, unfortunately I cannot pay these on your behalf.


Shipping Methods

There are a selection of different shipping methods available for each region (UK, Europe, Everywhere Else). These range in price, so as to ensure that there are options everyone can afford. Please see below for a list of the shipping options:

Cancelling Orders

Orders can only be cancelled before shipping - due to hygiene reasons they are non-returnable (with a few exceptions for damaged/faulty items - see below). If you would like to cancel your order, please do this at the earliest opportunity by contacting me. If you order is cancelled you will receive a full refund.


Damaged Upon Arrival

Each item is checked multiple times for quality before being shipped. However, if your jewellery is damaged upon arrival, please contact me so we can arrange the appropriate response (repairs, replacements, and refunds are dependent on the situation).


Damaged/Faulty Within 28 Days Of Purchase

Each item is checked multiple times for quality before being shipped. However, if a piece of your jewellery becomes damaged/faulty, then please contact me within 28 days of purchasing, and I will fix your item for free, covering postage costs. Items may not always be repairable (please read "non-repairable items, replacements & refunds").


Damaged/Faulty After 28 Days Of Purchase

Each item is checked multiple times for quality before being shipped. However, if a piece of your jewellery becomes damaged/faulty after 28 days of purchase (or you contact me after 28 days of purchase), then I will fix your item for free, but I will ask you to cover the postage costs. Items may not always be repairable (please read "non-repairable items, replacements & refunds").


Non-Repairable Items, Replacements & Refunds

Please contact me if your jewellery becomes damaged or faulty (please read above for information on repairs). If your item is non-repairable, replacements and refunds are dependent on the situation, so please contact me so that we can arrange the appropriate response to your situation.


Out Of Stock Items

If an entire product (including all it's selections) are out of stock, it will either appear with an "out of stock" sign, meaning I am working to get it back in stock as soon as possible, or it will disappear from my shop altogether in order to make space for new products.
